Mariscos burrito?

My dad is craving a mariscos burrito. He keeps asking for one like we get at Gutierrez Drive-In in Salinas, but that's 100 miles away. These are made with just seafood rolled up in a small, grilled flour tortilla. No beans, no rice, no cheese. Just a little onion, cilantro, and avocado. Mostly camarones and pulpo, the shellfish are the most tender I've had anywhere, and they're blended in a mild chili soup-y sauce.
