Lately I've had an addiction to marinated artichoke hearts. I'm not sure how they rank among doodies but I'm guessing pretty low. My mom used to give em to me as a snack when I was little. Yesterday I bought the huge jar from Costco, Hoping to make myself sick of em. Been putting them in pasta Nd salads but mostly eating one or two as a snack.
So I'm going to have a LOT of the marinating oil left over and was wondering if it is worth using in some other application.
On a side note have you ever noticed that no matter the brand, the jars are always already leaking?
