Several weeks ago someone posted a fabulous recipe for Maple-Pepper Salmon bites. (Salmon marinated in maple syrup and soy sauce, then dredged in ground pepper) I've made it twice with salmon filets and it's a big hit. I'd like to make it again on the 4th as an option for a fish eating vegetarian but am wondering if I can grill it? Do you think the glaze will caramelize too much? Thanks!
