i stopped in today to this rather odd euro-ish wurst place for a second visit and had the krainwurst on white bread roll with mustard and kraut. you wait while they grill up your wurst, i liked that.
overall, the dog itself was just ok meatwise, that is it was rather industrial vs. freshmade, but it had a nice mild spice flavor. kraut was just ok too, not super fresh crunchy like i really like it best. mustard was very good. unfortunately, even though someone said below that they bake their own bread, i did not care for the roll. it was too mushy and soft. i ended up ripping off half the roll.
my first trip was last weekend and i had the chicken brat with the same toppings. that i wolfed down in an insane hunger fit, yet as i recall i still left some of my onion roll. it too was just alright. however, they had some mint lemonade that was very good.
i don't think i'll be back, except maybe for that lemonade, but i wish them luck.
