Okay, so several weeks ago I posted about how I wanted to make baby back ribs, in my little crappy apartment oven, and received some great advice here. I apparently mastered that, becasue they came out awesome. Now the problem is that I am making these same ribs with my special dry rub recipe again - but this time at a friends home for the Fourth of July. So, I will be using an outdoor grill. I am just curious about cooking time. When I made them at home, I cooked them at various temperatures over about five hours. What is the protocol for making ribs on a BBQ? Temp, times, etc. thanks!
