Basically this is a note of thanks: thanks to Tex, Jim, Tom & Xose for their excellent postings on Spain! I'm planning a trip at the end of March 2001 and your advise will be so helpful! I really appreciate it.
If there are any updates or any other helpful hints, please advise! I'm also planning a side trip to Fez and Marrakesh, so if anyone has any words of wisdom, that would be great, too. I've been to Fez and found the previous post on Morocco to be true - a mind blowing place, but eating isn't very Chowhoundish. Most restaurants are touristy. But the pastilla is delicious! And nuts, nougat, and olives. Anyone have any comments?
