My hubby and I are in LV on Wednesday. Looking for good food, but after a recent weekend in Chicago featuring Grace and Moto, not looking to blow the budget. I was intrigued by the Charlie Palmer Cut of the Week (after reading positive Chow reviews), but imagine my disappointment when this week's cut is planked salmon (which I can, and frequently do, make at home).
Any other suggestions for a good but not insanely priced steak in Vegas? Counting on you, Chowhounders!! Thanks in advance.
