Just ONE lunch and ONE Dinner in Niagara Region: Treadwell, Ravine, Regal Diner, Windows by Jamie Kennedy

So...I've looked through all the online menus and am still not sure. Provided the weather is lovely on Saturday, the plan is to rent a car and leave Toronto by 9:30 ish and drive to the Falls/ NOTL for a full day and evening (would like to see the immuniated Falls at dusk as well)...Initially thought the Regal Diner when we first arrived (friends have said great things and I like to check out Greasy Spoon type spots for bfast) and then a higher end, but still casual later lunch at one of the other three. The gents who answered the phone at both Treadwell and Ravine were both gracious and told me walk ins were welcome ( don't want to be a reservation hog as I am not really certain how the day will play out time-wise) but I was told the patio at Ravine would be spectacular for an sunny Autumn Day. Which did temporarily thrill me. My husband and ten year old son both appreciate fine farm to table fare and are up for anything. We will be purchasing wine but not drinking much as we are driving if that factors in to anyone's advice.

Decisions, decisions. Any input on how you'd arrange a perfect day trip to this area?

Many Thanks~
