Lunch help, American in the suburbs Saturday?

Hi all,

Taking an 80 year old out for lunch on Saturday. She is a sweet lady who just lost her only daughter (my friend) and she isn't an adventurous eater. I am, so that's why I am stuck when it comes to where to take her.

1. She walks with a cane, so need a restaurant with on site parking.

2. I don't know her well enough, so I figure American.

3. I prefer not to go into Boston.

4. And I really didn't want a chain.

5. Quaint would be a bonus.

She lives in Woburn, but I thought a nice restaurant outside of the area might be nice.

I have done quite a few searches and only came up with Jimmy's in Saugus (I think it's a chain) or the Hardcover. Not limited to Saugus, just know that Rte. 1, has plenty of parking.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.
