I just brought Luke Nguyen's The Songs of Sapa and love it!
I wondered if anyone could tell me what his other cookbook is like? From the blurb they both seem to be the same - a journey through Vietnam, with each chapter devoted to a region in the country.
Is it just the same format as 'Songs', with different recipes?
Also I dont eat Pork or Shrimps - 'Songs' has plenty of recipes I can still make. Does the new one also have an extensive list of recipes?
Would you recommend it?
