Luis Mexican in Port Chester

You know I had been passing this place, and from the outside, there's not much that would draw you in. It's on the corner of Main and Willow in a kind of run-down section of the street near some truck parts and truck stores. But I was always curious as during lunch time this place always is pretty packed, mostly w/ hard working locals.

You get to choose 3 options: burrito, taco or fajita, and a decent selection of meats (chicken, beek, sausage, pork, tongue, & a few more) and then you add your own condiments, e.g., lettuce, tomatoes, various levels of heat salsa, onions & hot sauce. In the City, I've noticed this trend happening on a small franchise level (Chipotle Mexican Grill).

The meats a freshly cooked in front of you and to my surprise, quite delicious! There are quite a few Mex. options in PC, so although this may not be my 1s choice, due to its proximity, i.e., walking distance, to my job, I'm sure to frequent the place more often...
