Loving Carbon Steel

Just got my first carbon steel pan, a Mauviel M’steel crepe pan. Seasoned it and made crepes tonight. I can’t get over how brilliantly non-stick it became after the initial seasoning. I was able to shake my crepes free and flip them without a spatula or turner.

Really tempted to get one of their 12” carbon skillets now. Anyone have feedback on them?
