Lost cookbook - please help

Rchaires | Dec 20, 201406:47 AM     9

I'm looking for an old cookbook that my mother had when I was young and hope someone here can help. It was an international cookbook, published in the early 70s. I actually think the name was The International Cookbook, though I don't believe it was the NY Times International Cookbook - at least the copies I've seen online look different. The book I remember was a white and hunter green hardcover. Each chapter was dedicated to a different country. The only two recipes my mother ever made were the cheesecake from the US chapter and the Konge Soup recipe from the Norway chapter.

Does this ring a bell for anyone? I have some other cheesecake recipes but that one was phenomenal - or at least that's how I fondly remember it. Thanks!
