This a real long shot, but what the heck. A friend of mine studied abroad in Prague for a while and she said that she used to eat this traditional snack called cmaznii cir (there's no way i spelled that right or even came close to what it's really called). Apparantly it is a breaded brie like cheese that is pand fried and then served on a bun with some kind of pickled mayo. Anyone know of any places in Brooklyn or Manhattan that may serve this or know of the correct type of cheese to attempt this with at home? She says she's tried it with mozzarella sticks and she's not getting the same results.
