I really didnt have a clue which board to post this on so please feel free to RElocate me. How would one go about locating a chef that has left a restaurant and find out where they are now working? This is a rather large well known establishment, so i assume he would go on to something comparable. Do chefs tend to announce their new associations? Is there a restaurant industry web site that may give me clues? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
