Saw your post on the never-ending Outback thread - so, do you think the Lobel meat is worth it? They're just down the street from me and I was thinking about buying some steaks from them in a couple of weeks when we will be somewhere where we can grill them.
My only experience with them was years ago, when I just started working in NYC and called to order some filets mignons. When I went to pick them up, I could not believe the price and had to say that I could not afford them. They were a bit uptight about it - "Madam, you should not order things you cannot pay for" - but I'm willing to give it another try if the meat is that good.
