I used to go to King Fung Garden in Chinatown and order a dish called "Ling Gao with Sezuan pickles." The noodles are maybe 2 inches long and 1/2 and inch wide, and are thick and chewy. I've moved away from Boston, and I was wondering if anyone else has had this dish and if it goes under other names.
