Limoncello curd ideas needed

My sister made some killer limoncello curd from some limoncello that she also made.
It's super delicious, and has quite a bit of an alcohol kick to it.

I know I can use it in between cake layers, and in tarts. I need to figure out some way to use it so that per serving, there's not enough to give one a buzz. I'm afraid tarts would be just too much.

Any ideas?
