I bought a 16 oz. bottle of Nellie and Joe's Key West Lime Juice that was to be used to top off a jar of preserved limes...it turned out I had enough fresh lime juice so I never opened the bottle. Now my problem is what to do with a 16 oz. of lime juice! Its best by date is 7.27.06 so I'd like to do something with it before it starts losing its flavor. I'd like a recipe that uses all or most of the bottle of juice...any suggestions? Thanks!
