I bought some Lillet this weekend. I've only had it a couple of times at my favorite sidewalk cafe, and I don't know much about it.
How long will it keep after opening? Like a wine, or like a liquer? Should I refrigerate or not? Do I need to use my vacuum pump when I store it? I'm planning to sip it over crushed ice, but are there other interesting ways to drink it? I'm not really interesting in making cocktails as were described on the box...I don't want extra alcohol content. Any ideas about using it in food?
And most importantly, how is it pronounced? ;-)
