Leftover Stout

I was making beef stew Sunday with Guinness Stout. Actually, it was another kind, because the liquor store wouldn't let me buy just one bottle of Guinness, so I found a pint bottle of another kind in the coldcase...I don't care for it to drink. I only used a cup of it and have lots left over...since it cost about 4 bucks for that one pint, I'm thinking I should be thrifty and use it somehow...as a hair rinse maybe! Any ideas for other recipes???
