Our dinner group of eight enjoyed a night at Latino Mixed Grill in Phoenix, trying damn near everything on the menu. Honduran food. We had wonderful chicken mole -- Would recommend it highly! The pibil was, I thought, a bit heavy on the chipotle flavor in the sauce (a matter of taste, I admit - others loved it for the exact reason) but the pork was scrumptuous. Shrimp diablo was also very good - hotter than most. Refried beans were soupy, but unusually flavorful. All appetizers were excellent, except the seviche. You may have to call ahead for the mole - it's not always avaialable, but will make it for you if you call ahead. Tasted all the deserts availble that night, all different than what was expected, and all good to very good. Banana and chocolate cream pie, coconut something or other (I'm not a coconut fan, but this was probably the group favorite) and a flan with a sauce that made me wanna lick the plate. The flan was more of the mexican style, airy and with holes, instead of like custard. The only desert we didn't try was the plantain epanadas as they did not think the fruit was ripe enough to make them. Another trip may occur for this reason alone. All family run and proud of it. A great little place, BYOB.
