my friend got me hooked on yogurt parfaits (which she had originally picked up at a greengrocer). I've been making them with plain nonfat yogurt, a sprinkling of low-fat granola and sliced fruit (apricots and strawberries this week). The secret is, you drizzle honey over the fruit and the granola. It is SO good-- and nourishing enough to make you not hungry all morning long.
It's also a good cool-weather option.
