Lanesplitter Pizza--soggy garbage in a box

Curmudgeon | Jun 12, 2006 03:18 PM

Well, I didn't like Zachary's deep dish stewed tomatoes six months ago, so I tried Lanesplitter (not deep dish) to-go in Albany on San Pablo near Marin.

I called my order in. Was told 25 to 30 min. I arrived in 20. It was already in their hot box waiting. Drove the 5 minutes home and it was soggy, underdone and the toppings were scant and not very tasty. Anyone have a suggestion for EC, Albany, North Berkeley for pizza to go? Or does anyone know anything about Armadillo or Top Hat (formerly Gina's maybe)?
