Now, Leclerq and her husband Yves Ghesquiere have an answer for those with midweek pastry withdrawal. They have opened the Ladybug Workshop (510 42nd Ave. S.W., 287-1137) to the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. All the same fine cakes, pastries and breads are available those days between 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
In addition to retail sales and office catering, they are serving a soup and sandwich lunch at a large communal table. And they will be adding more equipment and more staff shortly to accommodate the growing demand for their organic products.
