So, after reading Limster's post about this chilean owned pizza place with empanada's and chacarerro's, I had to stop by and check it out for myself. I ordered a chicken chacarerro, and it is DELICIOUS. Different from the one at the Chacarerro stand. The bread is thinner and has been toasted, which is excellent. There are also a bunch more spices I believe, and a mayo like sauce on it. The grilled chicken is marinated and delicious, and the green beans, tomatoes and avocado spread are equally fantastic. It's a 7 dollar chacarerro, the size of a paper plate, cut into fours so very manageable to eat, but larger than the large at Chacarerro. YUM. I was sad there was no chacarerro option in my lunchtime area, but now that I've found this place, :D
Have yet to try the empanadas, that's next.
Thanks Limster for the tip!
