The bf and I went there for lunch today. This was our first time there. We were the only diners there. I knew it was't going to be good from the time I tasted my diet coke. It was flat. We ordered the avocado salad, which was around $7.50, It had 4 slices of tomato, 3 or 4 rings of onion and a a small, thinly sliced avocado. I didn't taste any type of dressing or lemon juice on it. We both got their cuban sandwiches with mariquitas. The sandwich was ok. It wasn't pressed like it should be and everytime I tried to take a bite, the meat would try and slide out from between the bread. The mariquitas were cold and nothing spectacular. All of this and a beer came to $34. The bf said we should give it a try for dinner sometime. I told him only if he plans on paying for it. I will stick with Havania Mania and Havana Sandwich Company.
Have any of you had better luck at this place?
