From his first cookbook, I believe. My copy is 1000 miles away. The main ingedients are oysters, tasso, pasta, and I believe cream. I mentioned it was one of the tastiest seafood/pasta dishes I'd ever made (this was back in the mid-80's) and I was asked to make it again, on Thursday. I'm in a very little town in Maine and can get the oysters, and tasso, but 17 or so years have gone by since I last made it.
