Korean Grilled Pork Chops...Report...

Thanks to those who helped me understand what to do with the 1/4" thick short ribs I purchased.

They turned out delicious!

I marinated them in soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, chopped chives (didn't have green onions), honey, pepper and a ripe pear (all went into the blender).

They took so little time to cook, and were fairly tender (not too chewy). The flavors were different from what I usually make--I'm so glad to have discovered this cut of meat!
