Korean bbq with good ventilation

One thing I haven't seen mentioned in the other posts is the quality of the ventilators on top of the grills. While I like the food, I just don't like smelling like a large, grilled galbi-I've been in establishments where where my hair has smelled like the galbi even after shampooing twice. Any restaurants in which the food tastes great and the ventilation works well?

Also, are there places which offer soot bul grills?
