Jugo de fruta

Mugs | Oct 3, 2003 03:40 PM

I was at the counter of Amanecer Tapatio today paying for my tortas de camaron con nopales when I saw the Jaliscan duena cutting up yellow apples. I asked what dish they are for and was told they are for the fruit juice Sra. Sanchez makes on the premises. The juice is purple, contains pulp, and begins with a medium fruity taste but ends with a darker flavor. The ingredients are yellow apples, papaya, grapes (I forgot to ask what color), and beets. Is this an unusual combination?
