Italian menu feedback?

Hello Chowhound! So this Friday I am making a small intimate Italian meal (just four in total) and was wondering if you all could critique the menu I have planned. I am opened to any suggestions and would like to keep things simple but elegant.

To begin - Italian Antipasto Platter with assorted meats and cheeses including Prosciutto, Coppa, Soppressata - along with Provolone, Fontina, Swiss, and possibly a goat's cheese and some pickled vegetables + crispy gnocchi appetizer.

Caprese Salad with Fresh Mozzarella and EVOO

Garlic Bread

Veal Rib Chop Saltimbocca alla Milanesa - Veal Rib Chop stuffed with Fontina and Prosciutto, breaded and sautéed than drizzled with grilled lemon and balsamic.

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio - Spaghetti tossed with Garlic and Olive Oil

Broccolini sautéed with Lemon and Sliced Garlic

Dessert - Puff Pastry Danishes with Triple-Berry filling + Ice Cream if one chooses.

How does this all sound? Any ideas on what would compliment this meal or what should be cut? Thank you!
