My father is making a surprise visit, and I want to take him to a cozy italian place for dinner since he never gets to eat it when my mom is around.
I've been to Via Emilia and Cucina de Pesce (although not in a few years -- do they still have the mussels while you wait?) and like both. Heard good things about Il Bagatto. Any thoughts on the three? Anything worthwhile and moderately priced in Nolita or Soho?
