Israeli couscous?

I have a bag of large Israeli couscous that I purchased in bulk, and I can't remember the proportions for liquid. I was planning to do it with wild mushrooms and veg broth (cooking for a veg tonight). By the way, Knorr shiitake bouillon from the Asian market is a tasty shortcut.
Can kind 'hounds help?
