Another Question For Y'all:
When I was a little guy (I have never been small), my mother used to make a fry bread in an old black cast iron skillet. She called it hoe cake is was the best tasting fry beard I have ever had, (you bet my mom was an awesome cook). I have seen recipes that say I have to use corn meal, baking power, eggs and such. Mom and later my sisters just used self-riseing flour milk, and baking power I think. Anyways I have been trying off and on for 50 years to dupicate her recipe but can't do it. I have out lived all my sister and my mom and dad all but one borther. He sure don't know how to cook anything (he can eat the heck out of it). Sooooooooo once again I am asking for y'all's help. Anyone out there who may know how to make this fry bread?
Thanks I hate to be a pest.
