I have a fairly tender sirloin steak cut into one inch cubes. I generally marinade and grill them outside but it’s cold and icy on my patio so I’m going to cook them inside. I was thinking I want something really decadent and was wondering about pan frying the cubes in a generous amount of oil or deep frying. I once had some deep fried beef in a Peruvian restaurant that I remember was awesome, but I don’t know how it was prepared. Anyone have any recipes utilizing this method of preparation? Thanks!
