ISO BBQ Supplies

Hosting a get-together in a couple of weeks at which I was planning on barbecuing (not grilling) a couple of pork shoulders and a couple of briskets to make sandwiches. To accomplish this, I figure I need about 25 or 50 lbs of hardwood chunks to fuel my smoker, and maybe some hardwood charcoal to grill chicken for those who don't like red meat. Does anyone have a good local source for these sorts of supplies?
