My husband and I are going to Ireland for two weeks in May. We begin in Dublin and drive to Galway, the Beara Peninsula, Kinsale, Cashel, and Dundalk.
I've read through all the Ireland posts on this board but a lot of them are nearly two years old, and places open and close all the time. I'd appreciate any up-to-date recommendations. We're fans of good, hearty food; we love all kinds of ethnic foods; we're meat eaters and fond of good baked goods. We like pub grub and seafood and tea sandwiches and my husband thinks cheese is a religion.
We'd appreciate any Chowhound recommendations!
