An interesting book about food critics

Some time ago I read A Glutton for Punishment, by Jay Jacobs. He had been a food critic for some newspaper, and reveals a lot of the stupidity and dishonesty among his fellow foodies. I found this book very enlightening. Perhaps others will too.
