Interested in trying pork buns and ramen noodles at home and curious what ingredients are better to make versus buy.

Most notably - I'm thinking about purchasing noodels, Tare and the buns themselves. The pork belly and ramen broth seem to be worth making since they add so much of the flavor. Any thoughts and also any ideas on good sources online to buy these or grocery stores?
