Inexpensive NYC eats, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Times Square, Staten Island

djfrizz | Mar 20, 201606:16 AM     14

Hello,

Clevelander here just wondering, Are there any new threads about inexpensive or must try, NYC area eats? I tried to find some but see many threads are from 2012 and time does march on. I realize many recommendations still apply, but are there any places of note that have opened more recently? Maybe I just can't find the info also.

To be specific, we are staying on Staten Island, taking the ferry across, going to brooklyn, and finally to times square area, or places in and around there/on the way on the subway route.

Looking to do a food crawl, trying little places of note along the way, kind of mostly getting food to-go, or places that are quick, eating way too much, trying little places. Interested in something delicious, interesting, unique or iconic, sampling many places. Maybe something not mentioned in older posts.

thank you very much, and sorry if i just couldnt find the right info.

Joss
