Will be heading to Mumbai/Bombay, Jaipur, Agra and Delhi and would appreciate any inputs from other hounds. I tried searching on the board already and while some information is available on Delhi, the other cities have close to no coverage. Has anyone been there? Any must have meals (since I will only be in each place for a day or two)?

Tried Trishna in Mumbai/Bombay for their seafood and it was delicious. This is my first time trying Indian seafood so I have no basis for comparison but it was tasty. Ordered two jumbo prawns in butter, garlic and pepper. The prawns are large and if you are a garlic fan, this is the dish for you! Think of this as large prawns simmered in chopped garlic and butter. Very strong garlic taste and I liked the dish. Also tried Pomfret Hyderabadi. Whole pomfret cooked with lots of blackpepper and some dry curry powder. The spices are very heavy and one can't taste the fish but nonetheless, I liked the strong pepper taste. I have a beer as well and the whole meal comes to R 1,300 (US$30). Quite expensive. They have two dining rooms and one was filled with expats/tourists and another was filled with locals. Not sure if the food is any different though.
