Imperial Mandarin Continues To Impress

I know this place is older style cantonese cooking but that is what I grew up with in NYC chinatown as a youngster.

This week I ordered the Beef Chow Fun dry style and it was without a doubt the best Chow Fun in all of San Diego. The noodles were wider than other restaurant's versions and very good and fresh. I have it twice this past week. The order I had at lunchtime was actually better as the noodles seemed fresher.

The Har Gow was the best I have had in San Diego as well. Really super great and cheaper than most places at 2.40 for 4 pieces.

So far I have had har gow, chicken feet, turnip cake, and steamed pork buns for dim sum which were all very good.

Entrees I have had fresh crab with ginger scallion sauce, beef chow fun dry style, and clams with black bean sauce all very good.
