Ideas to use up syrupy marmalade?

My three fruit marmalade didn't set up well, but tastes great. It's grapefruit, lemon and tangerine. I don't want to reprocess it, since I made it last winter and hoped it would set up. I've got three pints to do something with.
I wouldn't mind making a sweet and sour sauce with some, but need help with a recipe.
Any other ideas?
