I'll check it out, but all this talk about "the next great NYC neighborhood" really irks me. As far as I can see, this is, not a new neighborhood with its own positive addition to New York, but a giant shopping mall for rich foreigners and a smattering of famous chefs jumping on board for good measure. And what's with that 15 story stairwell that looks like a massive metallic shawarma??
