I am one of those people who can never seem to find any truly hot dishes in NYC. I'm sure they are out there somewhere, but I have tried every cuisine I could think of and have come up empty.
Recently, I read an article in Time Out on spicy/hot food (I have tried all the dishes the author pointed out and sadly none provided the heat I look for). BUT it quoted Jim as recommending a Super Hot off-menu dish at a Thai restaurant in Queens.
Does anyone know of any other hidden gems .. or must I go through life packing a shaker of super-hot cayenne:)?
