My Husband and I have been making hot sauce. We together madeba recipe we love and would like to give sauce away and sell bottles. Does anyone have any experience with this? I boiled the contents and then let it simmer for 20 minutes as well as vinegar added. I bottled in sterile bottles and stuck in the fridge.
My concern is that I am unsure between boiling and vinegar how long this will last in the fridge. I do not want to get anyone sick in case it gets shoced aside and they find it much later.
