I just posted on this but it didn't show up on board ... so apologies for double-posting if it eventually does.
Several nights in Hong Kong ... I'm looking for good, authentic, homestyle Sichuan food. Da Ping Huo has been recommended -- opinions? If not there, where? Atmosphere is not at all important, a Chinese menu is not a problem. Hunan would be good too, but only as a second choice.

And: freshest, most well-prepared sushi in town (this will be a splurge celebration meal ... how much should I be prepared to spend?).

And: best beifang shuijiao, and/or hongyou jiaozi. And doashao mian?
