Hong Kong Dining for 2 Weeks Breakfast & Dinner - Hung Hom / Tsim Sha Tsui

I have been browsing the boards trying to find a good list of restaurants for my upcoming trip to Hong Kong from Jan. 2 to the 14th.

This is my third trip over on business with a couple of co-workers that have been going over for years. We are not foodies but we enjoy a nice dinner out. I have been reading that all the hotels have very good restaurants in them but we try to go a bit less fine dining.

Our office is at 1 Peking in Tsim Sha Tsui we usually go right from there to dinner. After long days in the office we seem to wind up at Knutsford Terrace and finding something there. This is ok but I want to venture out but with a destination.

I stay in Hung Hom at a hotel with a good breakfast buffet but last year I stayed in the K12 building and found a great noodle shop for breakfast. I'm hoping to find that close to my hotel in Hung Hom or near my office at 1 Peking.

Things I am looking for

Breakfast
Noodle shop or breakfast place in Hung Hom or near 1 Peking in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Dinner
Reasonably priced sit down restaurants in Tsim Sha Tsu / Jordan or just on the other side of the harbor if we take the MTR or star ferry. . There are 3 of us that go out together. One is a Pescatarian the other two of us eat anything. We all have open minds when it comes to eating. Not looking for western food. Would love to try claypot rice. Please help to provide the name and address of any restaurants you recommend. I am hoping to wow my managers with some fresh restaurant choices.

Street Vendors
I am looking to venture out and get some food on sticks one or two nights. What are the must haves and where should I go to get them? Again in the Tsim Sha Tsui area. I have read about the Typhoon Shelter crab that seems worth going out of my way for. Where's the best place to get this?

Deserts
I have fallen in love with Gai Dan Zai (robins eggs) I found a place near the Mirmar on Nathan road that always seems busy. Have I fallen on a good place or are there better in the area.

Am I missing out on any other great deserts.

Please help to provide the name and addresses of the restaurants and any suggestions you may have for me for any of my meals. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
