I was browsing my local store for spice blends which I often do to inspire me in the kitchen when I spotted Shakshouka blend. I didn't buy it but went home to learn more about it and am dying to make this dish. I've found several recipes which use either a combination of certain spices or Harissa paste. Are there any ingredients which are traditional for this dish or ratios of spices to give me a suggestion of where to start? TIA.
